If you are doing MCA then there is no meaning of MSC degree becasue there is some bifurcation of MCA , ist year of MCA is PGDCA , 2nd year of MCA is MSC degree and final tear is complete computer application degree

Technically speaking yes you can do it, But ensure that you do not end up getting two degrees or certificates in the same academic year.

An aspirant is not allowed to pursue two post graduation degree simultaneously.
