Is it possible to do MS in engg. mgmt.? Can you suggest some universities? I've done 4-years B.Tech & have 4 years exp. in software testing.
I've done my B.Tech in Electronics and Instrumentation field with a CGPA of 9.0.

Sure, you can do MS in Engineering & Management field, but you like technical. So, it means, go with MS in Engineering.
If you like Management, then go for MBA.
Following college are good for doing MS or MBA:
IIT, NIT, IIIT, IISc, MIT BITs, SRM.
