Hi, If you have pursued P. G. D. M. (Two Years Duration if full time/ Three Duration if Part-time) from an AICTE Approved Institute, then it is treated as a Post Graduate programme on par with an MBA, so you are eligible for Ph.D (Management Studies). Best of luck for bright future.

PGDM is generally not allowed as an eligibility for Ph.D. admission. If your PGDM is equivalent to MBA as per the AIU norms, then you can be admitted as a Ph.D. student. If the Institute is not under AIU, then you will not be eligible for Ph.D.
    All the best.
