Is it possible to do PhD and MBBS simultaneously in India or abroad?
My M.Sc in medical will get completed in 2019 and I want to do MBBS after that.

No, it's not. Obviously, MBBS is an undergraduate degree and Ph.D is done after completing a postgraduate degree.
