Is it possible to do ty BA after a gap of 10 yrs? What options do I have in open university?

You can join previous University, if you can spare time to attend the classes. Otherwise complete it from Open University.

You can enroll for the BA program in IGNOU and complete it in 3 years. You have to submit assignments 2-3 months before the exams are held and after that fill up the exam form and appear for the exam. I think admissions for the January 2016 session are still open with late fees and you can enroll on

As per the regulation maximum 8 year is given for the compleate the degree so compleate it from the open university or start again.
