Is it possible to exchange college under PTU and then having a scholarship in it?

My father had an accident which turns into brain injury before my taking admission in CGC, Landran. So I want your helping hands by providing scholarship from your side. If I get a scholarship by changing colleges which is under PTU then I'm also able to do so. Moreover, I want scholarship.
