Is it possible to fill JEE mains paper 1 and paper 2 examination form after submitting JEE mains paper 1 form?

My friend has already submitted the paper 1 examination form. Now he wants to take both the papers.

If your 3rd step of filling the form was completed then you will not be able to appear for 2nd paper.
