Is it possible to for my friend to get admission in US, Canada, Germany or Italy for pursuing Masters?
My friend has done Bachelors through distance with 70%mark sand IELTS 5.5.

It will depend on the university so please request your friend to contact the universities to know if they will accept the distance degree and the IELTS score.
