Is it possible to get 2 degrees at a time in same university ? one can be engineering n other any professional course ?

It is OK if the two degrees are from two different universities,say one from a regular college affiliated to a university and the other from a distance education university.

Yes, but both can not be in regular mode. One can be regular and second can be in distance mode..
