Is it possible to get a college in 2nd round of COMEDK counselling if someone has already been allotted a college in 1st round?

Hi there,
If you are allotted any college in 1st round of COMEDK, then you can upgrade it for 2nd round counselling. Don't lock your choice and pay the fees, otherwise you will not be able to upgrade for 2nd round. Hope it helps.
