Is it possible to get a job in MNC after 4 years of academic gap?
My brother has 2 years of experience in a small company He have done B.Com in computers but he has 4 years of academic gap after 10th and 12th.

It is never too late to become what you want.
There are plenty of options to get a job in computer. You just need to decide a field of your choice. You can opt any skill from Software or Hardware. Then you can go for a short term training course and apply for the job.

There are more than 100 % chances and possibilities to get job in MNC after any number of gap years only if the gap is not due to legal detention, penalisation or psychiatric disorder. Sometimes in human life personal life becomes more prior than professional life and hence we choose to be off board

Yes you can get job ,if you have good knowledge , because today MNCS only want good candidate who can handle their project individually
