Is it possible to get a management based job with Btech degree
I have a total experience of 2 years in IT industry.Iam pursuing PGDBA (HR) from SCDL.can i move for a management job now?

Neethu, every job requires some kind of management skills to be put in practice. If you are not MBA, but B.tech you can get technical jobs which also would require some of your management skills. When one completes MBA then he/she is assumed to have already learnt the theoretical part of the manager
