Is it possible to get a salary package of Rs.20 lakhs per annum after completing MBA from XIME?

It is possible, but the highest so far is Rs 12 lacs. Rs 15 lacs is from Kochi campus.

Yes, you could achieve it if you've got enough capabilities. MBA will definitely help you be there. But, it might happen in a long run if you're a fresher. XIME placements would offer you an average of Rs.6 - Rs.8 lac/annum. But , with the relevant experience and skill set, you would definitely achieve your goal in very short span.

MBA can get you into companies, now it depends on the company's status and your position, but money making takes time. -
