Is it possible to get admission before giving compartment exam?

My daughter gave her 12th exams in 2015. She has got compartment in psychology. Can she apply for provision admission in any college in Delhi or NCR before her compartment exams because the result of compartment is declared by September and by that time the admissions are over in all the colleges
