The IGDTUW conducts special rounds for admission to remaining seats in engineering after regular counseling. Special rounds have no guarantee. You may not get seat even with 2000 rank and you may get desired seat even with 180000 rank. So if you want to give up your present seat and sit for special round you can, but there's no guarantee if you will get the desired seat or not.
