No, if you want to take admission in good colleges then you must take entrance exams like CAT, CMAT, etc. -
There is nothing like MBA in digital marketing. You can pursue MBA in marketing and then opt for digital marketing specialisation if the institute allows.
If you want to make your career in digital marketing you can do digital marketing certificate course.
