To get admission into any top-ranked B-school, one has to clear the required cutoff (s) of the particular MBA entrance exams and perform really well in the subsequent interview rounds (if shortlisted). There is no direct admission possible into any of the reputed B-schools. -

CAT is one of the accepting exams required for admission to PGDM programme. However, it is not compulsory.
