No, there are only around 559 seats in all NITs for B.Arch so you need to get 99+ percentile in order to get admission and even a minimum of 75% in class 12th.

hey man, my brother got 98 percentile in JEE and scored 68 in 12th boards.... will he eligible to take admission in bkps for b.arch??
