Is it possible to get admission in this college after 3 years of gap? Will it affect me during placements?

You may get admission in MBA college but in placement it will be tough to get shortlisted for few companies that have gap rules but then again your overall profile will be evaluated in shortlisting for MBA and placements

I am searching job from last 3 years, so actually i did nothing except searching job. Can i use some fake exprience regarding that gap or what you suggest. I am thinking to do MBA because there is no other way to find job.

Yes if you have a very nice profile the gap wont make much of a difference and you also need to be able to justify regarding the gap and then perform well in your interview. You shall be good to go !

No. It doesn't matter if you have specific reason for gap. Also, placements are Dependent on your overall profile and analytical skills.
