Is it possible to get admission in top MBA universities like Harvard, LBS, etc. without any work experience?

Yes, very much possible and they can accept you without work experience if you are something extraordinary, you have to be a brilliant student with an outstanding profile, very high GMAT scores and extracurricular activities, ask yourself why they should admit you and not other competitive applicants who will have work experience. You can build your profile accordingly.
