Is it possible to get an diploma in Electrical Engineering with a year period? I am graduate having working experience over 10 years

I am Software developer having Diploma in Computer Science & Application but due to a long time working with an Electrical Engineering Farm >10 years I want to get a diploma in Electrical Engineering Can I get the Diploma within a years' period.
