Don't get misguided you have to qualify NEET and attend Counselling conducted by respective state government. MCI has cancelled admission of those students who have taken direct admission without coming through counselling channel.

Hello,
Yes, it is possible to get admission in a private college for BDS. But I will suggest, you should do BDS from a government college by qualify neet exam for your bright future.
