Is it possible to get direct admission in MBA IT as I have not given any competitive exam? I have scored 80% in B.Tech mechanical.

To get admission into any reputed B-school, you need to appear and clear the required cutoffs of entrance exams(whose scores accepted by that B-school), meet their eligibility criteria as well as clear the interview rounds. No "good" B-school offers direct admission for any MBA course.
