Yes you can get direct admission in MBA college but for get admission in top MBA college you have to clear test

You need to take up any Management entrance tests mentioned below:
- CAT.
- MAT.
- XAT.
- CMAT.
- ATMA.
Otherwise you have to attend Entrance test/Telephonic round of Interview Conducted by Respective colleges.

If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
