Is it possible to get English honors in B.A who get 62% in English in class 12? And Average 67.2% in all subjects?

i'm beg fully request you to inform me about B.A in ENGLISH (hons) in west Bengal . i submitted my academic score below in class 12 (WBCHSE):
English - 62
Total NUMBER - 336
over all percentage - 67.2%
