Preparing IELTS online is not advisable solution. You shall attend coaching class or need assitance from someone who has appeared for IELTS and scored 7.0 or above out of 9.0 which represents his/her understanding at good level in IELTS.

Yes, it is possible. Many online tuitions websites provide IELTS coachings like e-Tuitions and IELTS Online Coaching. These websites provide IELTS online coaching and they provide IELTS practice tests with their coaching.

You can certainly prepare on line.But find some friends for interaction in English and the use of the language in a live situation.Find someone to comment on your mistakes in English.
