Is it possible to get in NIT Suratkal on the 2nd and 3rd round or does the seat get filled up after 1st round?

Hi,
NIT, Suratakal is a primer NIT and high in demand with students. Most of the seats get filled in first round but there are seats in 2nd or 3rd round in some branches of engineering which are generally lower in demand.
