Yes, it is possible to get into ESSEC Business School's MBA programme without work experience. According to their website, you can apply for the Global MBA programme without GMAT scores and be accepted pending reception of accepted GMAT scores. If you are interested in a flexible 2 to 3-year program, you can apply with little or no graduate work experience. ESSEC also offers an Executive MBA programme that is designed for experienced professionals.
