Yes, it is possible to get into Fordham University's Deferred Entry MBA programme without work experience. This programme allows currently enrolled master's students who have gone directly from undergraduate to graduate without full-time work experience to apply for the Full-time MBA program. They can gain conditional admission and begin the Gabelli School Full-time MBA programme after completing two to five years of work experience.
