The International MBA programme at IE Business School is designed for professionals who have worked for an average of six years. But because the programme is open to students with any kind of academic or professional background, diversity is encouraged and the learning process is enhanced. Thus, while it's not a requirement, having job experience is favored for admission to IE University's MBA program.
