Yes you can give the 12th exam again from a different board but only if you have failed in any of the subjects from the previous board or you have not given 12th exam from any board previously. I will recommend you to do 12th again from NIOS ( NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF OPEN SCHOOLING ). It is recognized
