Yes, you can apply for NDA, but for clearing exam you have to study 10+2 Maths, then only you will be able to clear cutoff for Maths paper.

it's possible but NDA exam are based on Science stream. you have to join a good NDA preparation institution.

Yes, you can join Indian army via NDA despite having commerce without Maths as your subject. Your 12th Stream is not a problem in this exam. You can give the exam and can get selected for NDA the syllabus of NDA is Maths till class 12th and Science till class 10th and social Science, with 1st paper
