Is it possible to join MBA from IGNOU after completing BMS from ISBM(INDIAN SCHOOL OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION, Fast track 1 year)?

No as per rule only 3 year graduation is valid in India so you are not eligible to do any post graduate course in India recognized by UGC OR AICTE -
