Is it possible to join NIFT after completing 12th? Is there any age limit?

Yes, you can, also you are supposed to be in 12th grade or have passed 12th grade to appear for the entrance exam (NIFT Under Graduate Programme).
Forms will be out in October 2019, you should start preparing, go through the prospectus of this year for an idea about how the exam will be.
Practice as much as you can, explore, read, write, draw, be patient and prepare yourself.
An exam is only tough if you are not prepared. -
Yes you can ,there is no minimum age limit criteria. Instead, there is maximum age limit criteria which are also released depending upon category in which you fall as per caste.

Yes after 12 you can apply for NIFT as the upper age limit is 23 years and for SC, ST and Physically challenged Students there is a five year extension in the age limit.
