    Dear,
    It is possible. Before starting you should have primary knowledge of computer hardware, basic knowledge of different topology through which computers are connected. you should know network Fundamentals like LAN, MAN, WAN. Have a primary idea on OSI layered architecture. Basic IP addressing scheme. It is not verify difficult. Collect a book on computer networking. Go through. Then, go for CCNA. I think if you have that sort keenness and you are sincere enough you must be succeeded.

    You may go for courses like AutoCad or similar to that to train yourself well and your art background will help you in designing good products using both in whichever field you wish to go. Computer networking eligibility can be checked at any institute near you that offers this course.
