Is it possible to make changes in the online application form that has already been submitted?

There has been several grammatical errors and mistakes on my online application form and I think that will cause issues later.

Hi there, Could you please specify the online forms you have submitted for? Also, ratification is available for online forms.

Well, I think it might be possible at the university level through offline. You must consult the authority once.
