is it possible to migrate from banasthali university to some delhi unversity collge in third sem. in b.b.a

normally it don't happen but if there is some medical or strong reason to shift, then at first - it is checked is there any seat vacent in the college u want to shift. 2. higher authoriy of both the college should aggree. but it is really tuff job and takes too much of time, n have no surety.
