After the first year of an MBA program, it is feasible to transfer to a different university. Processes and needs, however, might change. For instance, at Anna University, you cannot transfer until the first year of study is complete.

It will depend on the college, but in my opinion you must complete a year there before moving on to another or taking a migration from one. Each college has its own policies, so it will depend on the particular institution whether or not you can transfer.
