is it possible to migrate to delhi university from other university in the 2nd year(3rd semester) of graduation political science(H)??
i am a student of humanities political science honours....1st sem but i want to migrate to delhi university next year in 3rd semester...is it possible??? if yes then how??

no you can not change university you can change only college under same university
