Is it possible to prepare for the JEE Mains simultaneously with first year in college for CS branch?

I am getting admission in HBTI, Kanpur, but I want to study in NIT or IIITs.

    Hello Anuj,
    It's quite tough to prepare for JEE Mains and at same time study on first year. In addition, many colleges simply refuse to give TC. You should have taken drop of year.
