Is it possible to pursue 2 degrees or a degree and a diploma course at the same time via regular mode according to the new UGC notification?

Hello! I wanted to inquire if it is possible to pursue two degrees or a degree and a diploma via regular mode at the same time from the same university, as per the new UGC guidelines that came out last year in the month of August. Thank you!
