Is it possible to pursue B.Sc in chemistry or would I have to pursue B.Sc in all the subjects including PCM?

You don't need to do B.Sc in any other subject. Just apply for the B.Sc chemistry at a university/college after verifying that you have successfully done your 12th and cleared the cut-off required to take admission in B.Sc chemistry.
