After diploma u can persue -
Yes if you have done a bachelor of science or diploma then you can complete btech in 3 yrs. -

Duration of B.Tech is normally 4 years. But you can pursue the same in 3 years through lateral entry.
Candidates who have completed their diploma in engineering after 10+2 are eligibile for B.Tech through lateral entry.
