Is it possible to pursue B.Tech with PCB in class 11th?

I am in class 10th.

I'm afraid u're not. You need Mathematics as a mandatory subject for +2 to study B.tech. You'll require PCM or PCMB combinations.

Dear Jeet, For pursuing B.Tech you can have Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main subjects but you must have Mathematics as the Optional subject.

For pursuing b.tech its mandatory to have Maths, physics, chemistry as your main subjects in class 11th jeet.
