Is it possible to pursue BCA from one university and B.com through distance from another university at same time?

Technically speaking it is feasible but then you need to ensure that you do not end up getting two degrees in the same academic year. That is not permitted and not valid.

No. You can pursue only 1 course from 1 university at 1 point of time.
