    Yes, you can do. For a BMS, students with HSC/ 10+2 from any faculty can appear. I suggest you to opt SP Jain's Global BBA programme or BSW from TISS and then PG (MA) in HR from TISS or BBA from Symbiosis or NMIMS
    HR is all about handling entire employee lifecycle in an organisation starting from their on boarding till their exiting.
    If you are looking for growth in career in HR apart from the skills like interpersonal skills, HR, orientation to details, capabilities to understand the business and people, you need an MBA from a good institutes like TISS, SYmbiosis, NMIMS, XLRI etc. After your BBA or BMS, you may opt tier 1 B schools.
