Is it possible to pursue civil engineering after MBA?

If an engineer does an MBA finance, after that, he doesn't remain related to civil engineering at all. The reason is MBA finance is different from engineering and this knowledge is not required. I mean to tell you that once you do MBA you lose touch with civil engineering completely then what is the
