Yes, obviously as both exams syllabus are same. Infact, MAT exams are easier than CAT. Have command on accuracy of your answers.

The curriculum, to a large extent, is the same for MAT and CAT. You need to check the syllabus and ensure that all topics are covered in your preparation.

Yes, CAT is much more difficult, so if you have prepared for CAT, solving MAT questions shouldn't be a problem.
