Dear Priyanka, You can opt for Dual Specialization & mostly colleges are offering :
Finance
Marketing
International Business
Operations Management
Information Technolgy
Human Resourse
You can analyze your interest in 1st year & choose any two specialization papers out of the above.

Yes u can take , now days almost all management colleges provides dual specialization so go for it.
