Is it possible to pursue final year of B.Sc maths after completing B.Sc in computer science with 48% marks?
As my percentage is low I will not able to give entrance exam for MBA. I have Maths as a subject in previous two years of B.Sc.

It depends upon the university from where you are pursuing the course.
But, normally it is not allowed to do so.
Therefore, you will not able to change your course from B.Sc. computer to B.Sc. mathematics.
